The humidity caused by heat of the chemical features of PVC formulation
may affect the quality of the products and final production negatively. For
taking off the humidity from the material we developed Dehumidifier which absorbs the humidity from Heater and Cooler Mixer vessels. It can be applied to all types of PVC Mixers. By PLC system the working and stopping of the jet filter can be adjusted in specified operating ranges .Between adjusted degrees the Jet Filter (Dehumidifier) works and cleans itself automatically. This dehumidifiers are Standard parts of equipment for 500 kg and 600 kg capacity of horizontal type of mixer machines (Heater Vessel). There is also external version of this Jet Filter.
